I ordered with T-Clips hole. CS said there is just very tiny and is hard to see ,but I use a screwdriver to pop a hole by my self,and I can tell there is definitely no thing there. If you are looking for T clip hole,just skip it. But the quality of the mats is fine.

Hi, Very confused about this review. When you contacted us about this issue, you sent over images of the back of the mats. In this image, I circled for you the locations of the holes as they can be seen in the images. They are tiny, but they are there! We heard no more from you, so we assumed that you had added your T-Clips and fitted the mats. Kind regards, Chris.

The holes to fit them didn't fit but I've kept them as they don't slip.

These mats came quick and was happy with the look of the car mats. However, the mats order were supposed to come with two clips for the car and this was not the case.

i recently recieved my mats for my mg , on opening the parcel i found that the drivers front mat did not come with any clips in whereas the passenger side did luckily i already had some old mats which were in the car when purchased so i used the clips from them

Hi Jack, I'm sorry about the problem with the mats. Unfortunately, as you haven't contacted directly us we weren't aware of the issue - we will always sort out any issues with orders. Our customer service details are shown on our site, your order confirmation emails and the delivery note sent with the mats. Please could you email info@vehiclematsuk.com with a picture of the mats you have received along with the registration number of your car? The mates are good quality however they do not fit at the top end and stick out which interferes with the clutch pedal therefore making them extremely dangerous.

The mats provided were good quality, but unusable because of the strong acrid smell. Even after airing for some time, the smell did not reduce. Ended up not using them.

They were good quality Mats but they were way off in terms of fit. I ordered Dacia Sandero Stepway 21 onward. My Dacia is a 22 plate. The clips were inches out and the back passenger seat mats were so big they go under the drivers seat. I can't be bothered to faff around having to send them back etc, so they will do for now. Shame as service was good. I haven't tried to contact them, and I am sure they would solve the issue.

The drivers mat .The eyeholes dont match up so I have a hump in the carpet in order for them to stay down

I think they are reasonable but I had to carefully remove the second little mat which is bebeath the pedals because my heel constantly got caught on the stitching fixing the little mat to the main drivers mat. Also the rear mats were too wide for my sportage kx3 footwells. Not that wide but too wide to lay flat. Richard

Poor communication Quite expensive I thought the boot mat would fit the whole boot , the luxury car mats are at best just average So I am sorry I wouldn’t recommend

The driver mat did not fit the buttons and was not suitable for a 70 plate citreon c3.
