Initially I ordered the wrong mats for our Custom Transit Van due to a misinterpretation of the website. The company were very helpful and accepted the return, providing replacements very promptly. Excellent 5* service at this stage . The reason for only 3 stars is that the replacement mats, although shaped correctly, and specified by the company based on the vehicle registration number, had the fixing studs in the wrong place. I can do a DIY job to relocate them, but clearly this detracts from being able to give a full 5*. The mats themselves feel and look good. Obviously too soon to comment on their durability. I would use the company again as the customer service was excellent.
