“Would recommend these guys to anyone, had a small problem but they were excellent in resolving the issue. Will return to them whenever I need anymore, 💯 %”

“Good quality overall. The only problem is the strong smell the rubber has. My car is now smelling like a heavy-smoker's car for the past few weeks. But the smell is fading away... slowly. Maybe the factory should leave the raw material rubber to "air" somewhere before making the mats. Otherwise, I'd have given it 5 stars.”

“They didn't fit ! The drivers side has two lugs to fit the mat too so it doesn't move! The holes were not in the correct place to the anchor points! It said fur model 2015 too present , our car is 22 reg!!!"" ?.." really disappointed!”

Hi Sue, I'm sorry about the problem with the mats. Unfortunately, as you haven't contacted directly us we weren't aware of the issue - we will always sort out any issues with orders. Our customer service details are shown on our site, your order confirmation emails and the delivery note sent with the mats. Please could you email info@vehiclematsuk.com with a picture of the mats you have received along with the registration number of your car? We have sold quite a few mats for this model and have not had any issues so I'm not sure what has gone wrong, but there are 2 options available for the 2022 model so you have likely ordered the wrong set. “I am unable to give 5 stars if any due to my remarks in my email to you last week concerning the mats and their condition I ended up giving them away stud missing, edging nothing like the pics very poor quality a total waste of my pension”

Hi James, I'm baffled why you have left this review to be honest. We asked for a picture of the mats, you said no. We offered to replace them, but you said no. We have refunded the order without seeing any issues with the mats. You can see from our other reviews that we take great pride in keeping our customers happy and would have very happily sorted this out for you. Kind regards, Chris.

“Chris was very quick to reply to me regards to driver's side mat not fitting and not received a replacement yet, and after only a week the clip on the passenger side has come away after only having feet on three times I might as well bought cheap mats. I am going away now with faulty mats. disappointed Patricia”

“I was disappointed with the quality of these car mats. They were bought for a 2021 Citroen C3, but didn't fit both of the studs on the floor of the car on the driver's side. When pulling off the attached side of the mat the plastic tab with the hole in immediately came away from the mat. I repeated the operation on the other stud and that tab also came away from the mat. The backing material seemed very soft so I endeavoured to re-attach the plastic tabs to the mat, but they came away again.”

“Poor quality. Not as per the photograph either. Cheap shoddy mats even when opted for the better versions. Don’t bother ordering here. I Emailed stating I am not happy and got no response.”

“Customer service has been excellent. I ordered the wrong mats for my car but thus was not a problem. I was issued with a return label straight way and I am currently waiting fir my replacement mats to arrive. The Mats that were incorrect where excellent so I have high hopes of the replacements being the same.”

“5* company and their customer service. Things happen, so when a car mat arrived damaged possibly due to transit/delivery, I emailed them with pictures and the company quickly responded, with an apology and arranged a replacement. Superstar people in this company, how they ought to be! Trustworthy and a rare find these days. Keep it up!”
