Hi Stuart, Please could you reply to my message sent to you on 2nd August shorty after your initial message to us? If you can send me a picture of the mat in the van so I can see the heel pad location, we will arrange a replacement mat with the heel pad moved forward. We always sort out any issues like this. “I ordered the luxury mats, they came on time and fit the car reasonably well. They don't look like luxury mats to me as they are very thin and the edge has bits sticking out. Can't be bothered sending back so I'll keep them for now.”

“Quick delivery, however was disappointed with the finish of my car mats, threads still attached, and not finished off properly, if the company are interested I have photographs off the poor quality”

“the mats arrived within the 5 day delivery timeframe. Once delivered the front mats fitted correctly but the back mats were oversized so not a perfect fit. I had asked for Velour mats but i can only say these are not velour. they seem much the same as the mats I already had which were very cheap ones. I think the velour could have been a deeper pile for the money. I am disappointed really.”

“Mats are quality but delivery was late and quite confusing. Weather it was and royal mail issue or mats not being despatched when they allegedly were. Anyway I have them now and iam pleased.”

“Reasonable quality but stitching at sides isn’t perfect with the border between the mat and the edge looks a little scruffy. I was slightly disappointed as these are the deluxe mats.”

Hi Judy, Its no hassle at all to return the mats if required - I can send over a pre-paid return label to get these back to us. The mats you have ordered are for the new 2020 model 2008, but I understand that your car is the earlier 2013-2019 model. We do have the correct shape for the earlier model and will happily exchange these for you. You will have received a series of emails from us over the last few days with the despatch notification and a follow-up email after delivery to check everything was okay with the order. We haven't heard directly from you so haven't had the opportunity to exchange the incorrectly ordered mats before you left this review. Please contact us directly so we can get these exchanged for you, our contact details are on the website, on the delivery not included with the mats or you can reply to any of the previous emails from us. “Matts arrived on time and looked well made. The clip for them however doesn’t quit fit and one has smashed on placing”

Hi Ian, I'm sorry about the issue with the clips. We haven't heard from you, so we haven't had an opportunity to look into this and resolve this for you. Our contact details are on the delivery note, please could you email me a picture of the clips that are fitted to the mats and a picture of the studs that are fitted to the floor of your car?
