“Tried to change my order minutes after I realised I'd ordered the wrong flavour of e-liquid. 2 phone calls and an email got no response, so I'm left with £25 worth of the wrong thing. IMO the essence of online shopping is good customer service, and that includes contact when things go wrong. Won't be using them again.”

“Ordered last Monday with Dpd next day delivery. 5 days later I contact to see where my order is to be told it won’t be with me until the 8th day. I was then contacted on the 7th day to be told that my full order could not be fulfilled as they only had limited stock. I was refunded my next day delivery and for the items I never received however I’m confused as to why it took 7 days to be told about the stock shortage. I think it would be better if the website was updated with the stock check so that in future this error cannot occur. I can’t comment on why it’s took 8 days to reach me in the end and not posted until the 7th day however I am sure this could be done faster in the future. Thanks”

“If i could give it ZERO stars i would. Emailed kn day of next day delivery to say they were actually out of stock and would have to refund me. Im disabled and cant get out to shops to order what i need.”
