Ordered last Monday with Dpd next day delivery. 5 days later I contact to see where my order is to be told it won’t be with me until the 8th day. I was then contacted on the 7th day to be told that my full order could not be fulfilled as they only had limited stock. I was refunded my next day delivery and for the items I never received however I’m confused as to why it took 7 days to be told about the stock shortage. I think it would be better if the website was updated with the stock check so that in future this error cannot occur. I can’t comment on why it’s took 8 days to reach me in the end and not posted until the 7th day however I am sure this could be done faster in the future. Thanks
