Tried to change my order minutes after I realised I'd ordered the wrong flavour of e-liquid. 2 phone calls and an email got no response, so I'm left with £25 worth of the wrong thing. IMO the essence of online shopping is good customer service, and that includes contact when things go wrong. Won't be using them again.
