Haven’t got it waited 5 days then had a email saying it was out of stock. Asked for a refund and I’m still waiting for the money back. Not happy

If you are referring to the order completed by Vapourlites on the 28th. January, it has not been received and I have now sent 3 e-mails requesting details of the despatch date. If you are referring to my earlier order, then that has been received but I found it necessary to correspond with you as the refills would not fit most of blue tips.- one of my e-mails read: 'Sorry to trouble you again but having used more of the cartridges, the problems continue and therefore presumably will do so in respect of future orders. Those branded ‘Vapour’ are totally compatible but my six Vapourlite branded ones are not and if they do are difficult to ensure a flush fit, which must be causing further damage. It therefore, does seem that it is the similar problem as when you rebranded the chargers. Naturally, quite a number of the blue (and red) tips have worn out over the years, for a variety of reasons but never so many at the same time and for the same reason. Surely you have had others that are experiencing similar issues?

Ordered and paid for 6mg strength because they had sold out of my usual 12mg. Got an email saying the order had been dispatched. Then two days later received another email saying they were out of stock of 6mg and would I accept 3mg. Decided and asked for refund, which was done promptly.

I have been buying these batteries for around 8 years from you and they have always been very reliable. The last two batches I have had have given up after just a few charges?

This is the second evod 650 this one the same no power on battery plugged it in light goes out after 60 secs and completely dead no response from customer services I am not happy cannot understand why you stopped the 1300.

Website is still showing out of stock items. Accepts payment from Sage Pay and no emails sent for confirmation. Have to email, ask in their facebook messenger, post on their facebook page.

Previously excellent, but in the last month I've spoken to the chatbot 3 times, sent 4 emails and a letter to the director about an issue I had. No satisfactory response was forthcoming. Product and service: good; customer service: rubbish. Sorry, but you need to be more responsive to your customers when things go wrong...
