“I've bought Vape Town liquid before so I knew it was good. It took five days to get to me (including a weekend) which was a little slower than I'd have liked, but it got here. I also had a small problem where I didn't get a discount I was promised, though once I contacted customer service I was quickly given a refund. The main thing is I got 10 bottles of quality e-liquid for £20 - that's about half what I was paying from a famous retailer before I discovered Vape Town. I'm happy to wait a couple of days if that's what it takes.”

“Website was very easy to navigate and easy to use. Unfortunately, a lot of items that were listed showed as sold out when I tried to add them to the basket. That said, the items that I orders were delivered on time and as always are of great quality.”

“Ordered my vape both online and in store. Both were very quick and I have enough for ages now. My only bother is the fact you can't get money back if something is wrong. I explained what vape I have in the luton store and needed a new pen for it. The pen I was sold is no good for that vape but I can't get a refund because it is used. So if you get the wrong pen you have to keep buying until it's right. I have spent over £100 trying to find a pen that suits me. I was originally sold a k2 and really like it. It's at the end of its life but I can't find another. Good and bad service received”

“Fast deliver, value for money but they sent me a different item to which was advertised. I already have the item I purchased from Vape but the liquid container in the one that was pictured on their website holds 2.5ml of liquid (which is what I wanted) my current one and the one they sent me holds only 2ml. So although I did not complain or send it back I was disappointed that they did not send me the same item as pictured on their website but instead sent me the same as I already have and which is not the same as the picture on their site.”
