“Great offers on website. Free delivery is great. Might be worth investing in some stronger packaging though as twice now I have received slightly leaked bottles.”

“I have been a customer for a few years now and always have received an excellent service from you . In the times we are currently facing it has been very helpful to be able to use your online service which is very easy to use with a good delivery time. I did email you last week with regards to an item I bought from you recently which is faulty as yet without reply, hope that can be put right, I know we are in a strange time and possibly you are short staffed but there is no shortage of promotional emails??”

“Excellent products, easy to navigate and order, delivery times good, usually 3-4 days. Only one niggly point is that there doesn’t seem to an option to add to your loyalty points as I do when I go to my local vape town shop.”
