“It's with Vape Town that I stopped smoking 10 months ago and I regularly use the shop in town and it's been great. I decided to use the online shop so that I could get what I wanted quicker than waiting for the shop to get it in etc. But I put in what I wanted and added a msg with the order yet I received a note on the invoice to say I didn't fill out the whole order and was sent random vape liquids that I hadn't asked for.”

“Vape Town juices are fantastic and really good value. The choice of flavours is growing all the time and there is an interesting mix of traditional and eccentric. We visited Vape Town Weymouth, where the customer service was brilliant. The staff where knowledgeable and helpful matching the right mod, tank and juice for our needs. Highly recommended for a visit! Loss of a star as the online shop takes a couple of days to send out the juices - a minor flaw in what is otherwise a fantastic service.”

“(First off to anyone looking to buy don't take my review to heart when considering an order as, this, is the first time it's happened in a very very long time!!!) Would normally give them the very good rating. But they messed up my order and I didn't receive a box of 3x10 ml of criminal E Liquid Gambino so unfortunately I'm gonna, have to only give you a, good this time around. Once I get the liquid I've paid for I will happily update my review to very good”

Hello We are unsure why your points could not be used against your order with us. I have issued you with a refund of £5 which is what the loyalty points discount would have come to.
