“In store you used to give the 75 ml mixing bottles with your purchase, then you charged £1 a bottle, then when I started using you online I got two free mixing bottles with my two ju-ju and the last order I only received three nic shots and one mixing bottle!?!?! No consistency over the two years I’ve been coming to you. Are the mixing bottles free or chargeable and why are things different in store and online!?”

“A wide variety of flavours and sizes. Quick delivery if you order online, however they do keep selling out and stop doing my favourite flavours. Website could be more user friendly by grouping liquids into size not brand.”

“The guys are great and always really polite and helpful. Was let down when I visited last week as I went for low watt mesh coils, they were out of stock which wasn’t a massive issue but the ones the guy gave me instead saying they would do the job are a higher wattage 😓”
