“It is the only place I will buy Virginia flavour from. The only problem I'm finding at the moment is, I'm having to use a knife to cut the plastic bits that hold the cap on when opening a new bottle. To be fair, I haven't contacted Vape Town so hoping it will be ok next time.”

“Always my go to source for vape needs. I know I can trust the quality that they sell. Good range and competitive pricing. My only gripe would be shipping can be slow when using the free option. 5-6 days which in todays market is almost un fathomable.”

“I always use vape town Sometimes online and sometimes in store. Online service is excellent, very quick delivery. In store not so great, the last 2 occasions I’ve received a less than welcoming reception and left feeling they could not have cared wether I had shopped there or not. I’ll stick to online in future and hope what I need is available.”

“Products and shipping are great. Only thing I think could be improved is the reward scheme. It would be better of you could add multiple vouchers to the same order as much of this is cancelled out with the shipping cost. I had built up £60 in rewards but have to spend this in £5 increments which is annoying.”
