“The manufacturer keeping changing the flavours of the vapes that I have been using for many years! I would like yo know why you do this? Customers get use to thier vapes and tend to stick to the one that suits them! My favourite was mango 0.6 mg but you made them stronger and changed the flavour! Now I use kiwi after trying do many different ones, but I notice they too are differ from time to time. You should notice the popular ones that sell well in stores so why change them?”

“The ordered items have not arrived yet (27/11) hopefully only due to the postal strike. The website and ordering process however are user friendly and straight forward hence the four stars.”

“Always had great customer service from these lot. The other day I perchased a caliburn from them and it hasnt stopped leaking since, I went in the day after and they were more than happy to help they gave me a new coil free of charge as they believed it was a dud. but sadly its still leaking, not what ide expect from a uwell product.”
