“Hello, I received the my order as described. Unfortunately it wasn’t working properly. I emailed you with my issue. Mike emailed me back and kindly said to visit my local shop, which I did in Barnstaple. The guy was extremely helpful and very approachable, although he didn’t know about my issue, he said he hadn’t been contacted, so I showed him my emails from Mike. My vape was repaired very quickly. It is the best vape I’ve ever used. I feel that I should be recompensed for my time wasted. Otherwise really happy customer. Best regards Jackie”
