“VapeTown Weymouth is a great shop managed my a great team who got to know me pretty well and was able to sell me products that I need which suited me to a T. Very personable. I pick VapeTown for the ease and efficiency as I am always on the go, however recently it looks like the system has changed which is now taking longer to purchase each item, holding up queues and I fear it's no longer an easy shop to visit.”

“Been given the wrong things occasionally by one employee.. which has been annoying however when Reece is in the customer service has been top class. Also don’t understand the points system and I don’t get any updates as to how many I have which would be handy.”
