“Been given the wrong things occasionally by one employee.. which has been annoying however when Reece is in the customer service has been top class. Also don’t understand the points system and I don’t get any updates as to how many I have which would be handy.”

“Always easy ordering and prompt delivery. However, not Vape Town’s fault but many of the disposable vapes do not provide anywhere near 600 puffs, some are more like 150 - 200 at the most. Some in the past have appeared almost empty at the start of use.”

“It is the only place I will buy Virginia flavour from. The only problem I'm finding at the moment is, I'm having to use a knife to cut the plastic bits that hold the cap on when opening a new bottle. To be fair, I haven't contacted Vape Town so hoping it will be ok next time.”

“Always my go to source for vape needs. I know I can trust the quality that they sell. Good range and competitive pricing. My only gripe would be shipping can be slow when using the free option. 5-6 days which in todays market is almost un fathomable.”
