Had a eleaf vape explode in my kitchen overnight, filling the kitchen with smoke and causing considerable damage to the kitchen counter and was lucky not to start a fire and burn the house down with my pregnant girlfriend and son in the house. Went to the local vape town store to get some answers (Barnstaple) and basically got told to do one. My fault for charging the vape with an adapter sold to me by vape town. Even got giggled at with a snarky “what you want me to do about it?”. So yeah, never use the company again

Vape juices have changed In appearance and flavour they are darker and seem to be tasteless or taste off and cheap. where as they were good before! I have used this company for years but now going to find a new supplier - I ordered blue slush it was clear but now it’s dark and awful!

Poor products and very rare to have what you want on the shelf i have been buying my products from your competitors in town as they have what i want this shop has gone so far down hill i dont think you can bring it back to what is was when john and kain was there

Bought pack of 5 atomisers. All dud. Rang up to complain as I had to smoke a cigarette as I had no other means of nicotine other than my friend’s. Was told that’s what happens and they can’t help!?

I received my vape 4 day’s ago after filling it with liquid it leaked all out over the kitchen unit. I am sending it back for replacement.

Absolutely abysmal service!! I placed a £105 order at 7am this morning and paid the £8.50 next day delivery fee and still my order hasn’t been dispatched! I called the head office and the response I got was there was nothing he could do and I had to email them which I’ve done twice and still no reply as I also had an issue with a transaction yesterday!! I WILL NOT be using this company again! Absolute disgrace!!!!

We pick and pack orders through the day and they are picked up in bulk by Royal Mail between 4pm and 6pm, which is much like most online companies operate. Once Royal Mail has picked up all the orders only then are shipping confirmations sent to customers. This will explain why you have not received a shipping confirmation yet, because at the time of your review it had not been officially shipped/picked up. This does not mean that you will not receive your order on a next day service which is what you paid for.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Bought a new vape pen in store, everything was fine, staff friendly and helpful. Within literally a couple of days it had an obviously faulty battery. Took it back less than week after buying it, and had an appalling experience. No possibly of exchange and very rude staff this time. Absolutely appalling. Less than 1 week after purchase!! I then emailed the company, and have had no response. Awful company, just avoid. they have now emailed to ask for my review and say that my opinion matters. Ha ha I'm not holding my breath.

Once again I bought a pack of coils, Z4 Zeus this time, one, up to now, was faulty, wouldn’t fit in my tank, the girl in the shop tried it and just said oh well, we don’t guarantee coils, rip off again

I have been a customer since the shop opened and i have watched it go down hill week on week poor choice of juice mostly own brands and not much stock coils are another problem little to nothing on the shelf i am now considering going elsewhere

Bad service, we went into Tiverton shop to buy a vape on the Black Friday deals however we where told the deal wasn’t active even though it was showing on the website. Neil was very rude to us and we ended up not buying from vape town.

Very expensive. Whole unit with 2 pods was 8 pounds. You were 21 pound for 3 singles . Was expecting 6 . Disappointed.

Terrible customer service was delivered a faulty mod which cost £19 and expect me to pay £6 to return it. Not going to waste my time just avoid in the future, Also they took 2 days to acknowledge my return request but can ship same day ??????????

DELIVERY SAYS 2-5 DAYS COMES 7-8 DAYS. WITH A TWIST I ORDERED 20 NIC SHOT 18mg ALL I GOT IS 4 AND SOME RANDOM BIG FLAVOUR , FULLY WRONGED MY PURCHASE , THEY DONT EVEN REPLY TO MY EMAILS I SEND , AVOID BUYING FROM VAPE TOWN (see pictures attached for evidence)

Purchased 2 aspire nautilus units in April this year and one has stopped charging. I have tried 3 different USB C cables and different plugs (its buggered). Vapetown have told me there return policy is 28 days and will not replace a 6 month old item which is clearly not fit for purpose. I will not be using them ever again as this policy sucks. Is it in contravention of the sale of goods act 1930??? I think so. My cash will NEVER be in your till again. Goodbye...
