Been using vape town for 4 years nearly last week took my pocket x vape back as it stop working after two months but they can’t anything till I find box so they can send off to be fixed don’t think I got spare box can’t see why you to need to keep it as you don’t keep boxes for other stuff. So prob won’t use again sorry for bad review but not good service

Had an issue with a vape I'd only had it for 2 days the girl in the shop couldn't help and said she didn't have the authority to issue a refund so I'd need to email vapetown. So I had to purchase another vape, coils, battery & a battery charger whilst this one went back. Then I get an email saying it was fine it must be me. No refund nothing clearly customer loyalty means nothing I've been using this shop since it opened.

Ordered on 29th november no email confirming despatch and still no sign of product and royal mail tracking number doesn't work.

Hello A confirmation of dispatch was emailed to you on 29/11/22 at 4.26pm. Please check your junk/spam folders for this. Your order was sent via our free postage option, which as stated on the website is 2nd class delivery. 2nd class delivery does not have any form of tracking and the tracking number again as stated on all communications and our website is for proof of delivery only and not for the purpose of tracking the parcel through the Royal Mail network. Royal Mail were on strike on the two days following the dispatch of your order which is why you have not yet received it. Regards Mike

Hello - There has been a Royal Mail strike for two days, your delivery will be delayed because of this unfortunately. It was sent the day you ordered it, but the two days following were days of the industrial action. Regards Mike Vape Town

Waste of money. Went in with a leaking vape mod,and came out with a new vape mod only to have it two weeks and leaking . Went back to the shop and was told need to change coil only used it a few times . At that rate need new coil every other day.

Horrible service to the point that I was still emailing them to say that the vape oil I bought wasn't tasting as described. In fact it didn't have any flavour, to which they decided to ignore me. Quick to take the money and as quick to disappear. Not professional at all. Will not buy from them at all.

Gutted that cant purchasde coils for rpm 160 that bought from store 12 months ago really disapionted to have bene told they were no longer a stockable item because new modles werw getting stocked even more dissapointed as mods which i used to use such as agess and smock which i was using 3 years ago still for sale on the shelves as recently bought a new pod to go with the mod that puechased in store As a customer envilved in the loyalty andpoints scheme i feel this is poor and dont see why i shouldnt be able to purchace post initial purchase maintance itemes to servicd and maintain an product purchased not so long ago Its not that i wouldnt change the device i use as have a number to chose from however this rpm mod suits purpose as am working in an industrial and hard wearing enviroment and chose this particluar devise for its robust tank and hard wearing capabilities which is ehy i purchased spare tank etc To now find am not able to relpace the coil is to be quite honest really dissapointing which is sadenning as have previously felt that both vapetown and certainly the staff at my local shop have been always previously more than helpfull with myself and other coustomers ive seen pass thorough the store

Bought new vape kit - clearly faulty but wouldn’t change. I have been a customer for years - will never go back. Staff clearly having a bad day with change in store - rude & disrespectful- AVOID

The young lady at the counter give me a look like you’re at the wrong place you don’t belong here. I like the product range but if the lady is there I will just you turn and find an alternative
