“Online was nice and easy but then they need to call you to go through everything you just inputted. If you missed their calls expect to be on hold for a long time trying to get through. Frustrated that you have to spend 15 minutes chatting on the phone, completely defeats the point of an online application. Having said that they were friendly and cheap”
