“Vanilla floors were excellent - I wasn't certain what product I wanted to purchase, they took me patiently through the options. The final choice (Osmo tints and polyx-oil) looks fantastic, fully validating the advice given. I highly recommend.”

“I am still to use the product, so can't comment on that as yet, but am impressed with the service from Vanilla Wood Floors. My mop handle arrived cracked, but as soon as I sent them an email to tell them, they sent out a replacement immediately - no quibbles.”

Many thanks for your purchase and for taking the time to place a review. We're glad that overall you were happy with your purchase and service. With regards delivery times, as your order was placed and shipped on a Friday, unfortunately a 48 hour courier service means that you do not get your delivery until the following Tuesday as most courier companies do not class weekends as working days (unless Saturday delivery is specifically requested, in which case there is always a delivery surcharge). “I was very impressed with the immediate response i got from vanilla wood floors after not having a product in stock i was contacted and offered a cheaper brand and a refund of the difference all this within 36hrs very happy and will be using them again in the near future,will definitely recommend to others.easy website/webpage to scroll through gets 10 out of 10 from me”
