“The lady that I dealt with when ordering was absolutely lovely but sadly I was let down on the delivery which isn’t vanilla floor’s fault. It’s the couriers fault I asked for before 1030 delivery and it didn’t arrive until past 1130 in the morning morning perhaps that’s something that they should look into with regards to the courier services they’re offering.”

“A really lovely experience dealing with this company. They were recommended to me by the manufacturer'Osmo' as being one of their most reliable and helpful distributors. They also said that despite me living in Scotland they would most likely get the product to me the quickest. Indeed they did, next day, and with a load of helpful advice into the bargain. If only all companies were like Vanilla Wood my life would be so much easier.”

“Vanilla Wood Floors service were helpful and prompt but the delivery did leave something to be desired. We live in a reasonably busy road and our front door is clearly visible from the pavement. At the time of delivery we were out a and the parcel was left in the middle of the doorstep clearly visible to all and sundry. Given their was no alternative to leave the goods would it not have been possible to provide either a more definitive delivery time or at the time of ordering an alternative delivery address?”

“I bought a 3" brush and it was delivered very quickly. It's very good quality and I am very pleased with the brush. I bought it for varnishing a fence and this brush is ideal. I started off with a brush I already had but soon realised that it was much too thick to get inbetween the wooden slats, so bought this brush and it's been so easy to use. I would recommend Vanilla Wood Floors if you want a good quality brush.”
