“Very good service. Telephoned for some advice and was helped very efficiently. Only gripe was with delivery driver who telephoned several times during the day and couldn't find the property. Turned up eventually at the end of the day when everyone had gone home!”

“I required some sample sachets from the Osmo range but Osmo themselves couldn't offer a quick delivery. I noticed Vanilla Floors on a Google search and their delivery times seemed better. So good in fact, the samples were delivered to my customer the following day. Once the preferred colour was identified, I ordered the volume required, paid an extra few pounds and received this the following day, also. Not only do they deliver what you order, when you want it, the staff are very friendly and helpful. One cannot ask for more.”
