“The lady that I dealt with when ordering was absolutely lovely but sadly I was let down on the delivery which isn’t vanilla floor’s fault. It’s the couriers fault I asked for before 1030 delivery and it didn’t arrive until past 1130 in the morning morning perhaps that’s something that they should look into with regards to the courier services they’re offering.”

“Vanilla Wood Floors service were helpful and prompt but the delivery did leave something to be desired. We live in a reasonably busy road and our front door is clearly visible from the pavement. At the time of delivery we were out a and the parcel was left in the middle of the doorstep clearly visible to all and sundry. Given their was no alternative to leave the goods would it not have been possible to provide either a more definitive delivery time or at the time of ordering an alternative delivery address?”

“Only ordered samples so far and haven’t had a chance to test them yet so cannot comment on the products but they were reasonably priced and quick delivery. If the samples turn out to be what I need I would be happy to order from them.”

“I had terrible trouble with the delivery company, after about 4 attempts I gave up and got a refund from Amazon, when wouldn’t you just know it, the item was delivered. I spoke with Vanilla Wood Floors who were very understanding and sorted me out.”

“Sent an email to Vanilla Wood Floors expressing my concern over the instructions on the tin of OSMO wood wax oil. On the front of the tin, in bold lettering, it clearly states, "Internal use" Having read the small print on the back of the tin, it states, "use externally, and vent areas well" Confused ???? I am having suffered from side effects of vapour inhilation for 48 hours after use. Beware. I have yet to receive a responce from my email.”

“I should have received my parcel from Vanilla Wood Floors on the 14th January. The courier Hermes had other ideas and delivered it to another address unknown whilst claiming it was delivered to me. I am currently having a discussion with Hermes who are looking into this. Vanilla did their job efficiently but the courier let them down.”
