“Excellent service, prompt delivery, extremely well packed and protected, I emailed prior to purchase with a query and this was replied to in 30 minutes with extra detailed information that was very useful. They had gone to the trouble to physically take out a product and measure it in a specific place in case the information was useful for me. I hadnt requested them to measure anything but it was very thoughtful and proves they will go the extra mile for customers. Will definitely use again.”

The quality of the wood was excellent with all wood usable and little or no waste. A pleasure to deal with them.”

“I found it difficult to identify the correct wood finish from their online descriptions. Consequently I bought what I thought to be a light easily assimilated oil, but ended up with stuff that was as easy to apply as treacle! Not really what I wanted. It is so expensive, that a mistake is not good!”
