“Only bought some Osmo wood filler this time - great product (my fav filler short of cellulose gel and sawdust!), good price, and delivered quickly. These guys are on my list for next time I need something else.”

“Vanilla floors were excellent - I wasn't certain what product I wanted to purchase, they took me patiently through the options. The final choice (Osmo tints and polyx-oil) looks fantastic, fully validating the advice given. I highly recommend.”

“I am still to use the product, so can't comment on that as yet, but am impressed with the service from Vanilla Wood Floors. My mop handle arrived cracked, but as soon as I sent them an email to tell them, they sent out a replacement immediately - no quibbles.”

Many thanks for your purchase and for taking the time to place a review. We're glad that overall you were happy with your purchase and service. With regards delivery times, as your order was placed and shipped on a Friday, unfortunately a 48 hour courier service means that you do not get your delivery until the following Tuesday as most courier companies do not class weekends as working days (unless Saturday delivery is specifically requested, in which case there is always a delivery surcharge). I hope this helps to explain the delivery times. Thanks again, Sue (Vanilla Wood Floors)
