“The web site was easy to access and use; the product search good and the product I required was reasonably competitively priced. Delivery options were excellent and the goods arrived on time. The product I purchased was wood floor adhesive and the lid seal was broken on delivery - probably a courier issue. Luckily the material inside had not deteriorated.”

“Excellent service, prompt delivery, extremely well packed and protected, I emailed prior to purchase with a query and this was replied to in 30 minutes with extra detailed information that was very useful. They had gone to the trouble to physically take out a product and measure it in a specific place in case the information was useful for me. I hadnt requested them to measure anything but it was very thoughtful and proves they will go the extra mile for customers. Will definitely use again.”
