“Recommended a glue and underlay system which the joiner who layer the floor had not used before, but found very straightforward.”

“The web site was easy to access and use; the product search good and the product I required was reasonably competitively priced. Delivery options were excellent and the goods arrived on time. The product I purchased was wood floor adhesive and the lid seal was broken on delivery - probably a courier issue. Luckily the material inside had not deteriorated.”

“Excellent service, prompt delivery, extremely well packed and protected, I emailed prior to purchase with a query and this was replied to in 30 minutes with extra detailed information that was very useful. They had gone to the trouble to physically take out a product and measure it in a specific place in case the information was useful for me. I hadnt requested them to measure anything but it was very thoughtful and proves they will go the extra mile for customers. Will definitely use again.”

“We found Vanilla Flooring excellent to deal with. They answered any queries we had very quickly and sent out samples of the oak flooring. They delivered the wood we ordered within a few days. The quality of the wood was excellent with all wood usable and little or no waste. A pleasure to deal with them.”
