I agree with several other people this company will charge for everything, including adding your no claims bonus. They are quick to call you following an online quote, reassure you they can sort things out easily but don’t tell you they charge for anything possible. If you only do one thing today make sure its not using this company !!!

CROOKS THEY ADD MONEY ON FOR NO FAULT CLAIMS WHICH HAVE BEEN CLOSED. THE COST YOU ARE QUOTED AND THE MONEY YOU PAY ONLINE WILL NOT BE YOUR FINAL COST - SO BE AWARE!!!!!!

Hi Mr Deed, Thank you for your feedback, based on the above I would like to advise that all our Insurer's want to know of any accident, incidents, claims or losses regardless of blame on any vehicle in the past 5 years. If you have done a quote online and then spoke to one of our Sales staff where it came to light that you had an incident within the last 5 years which needed to be added to the quote then yes your premium offered will have changed from what you have received online based on your revised risk details. This company is awful, please don’t insurance your van with them. They rang me four times asking me for information and I repeated the same answers four times. They called back and when I missed the call I waited on hold for over 20 mins to be told someone would ring me back that day, they didn’t. The next day my policy was cancelled. This company has caused me a lot of stress and inconvenience and as a tradesman I rely on my van. Customer service are terrible and rude. Terrible company.

Hi Mr Hughes, Thank you for your feedback. I have checked your previous policy with ourselves and I can see it was cancelled as a result of misrepresentation, your Insurers have also provided you ample time and opportunity to resolve the issues in order to avoid cancellation although our team have been unsuccessful in establishing contact with yourself. On the occasions you have spoken to our staff all required information was not provided. Hello Mr Clark,I was wery delighted after I purchased insurance for my van. But now it turn up like a worse nightmare of my life. My 9 year no claime bonuses, not valid anymore for this policy and I will be treated like 0 no claime bonuses. My insurance will be re calculated and will cost around £1000 extra per year. I did provide all information in first place and look what I get. Can you please help to solve this nonsense for me. Hi Mr J Petkevicius, I have checked your policy and as a part of our validation your Insurers have requested that you submit various documents to validate that the risk details you have provided are correct. As you have stated above you are experiencing issues with your no claims bonus as I am sure are aware it is currently in use on another vehicle which means it cannot be applied to your policy with ourselves and therefore the discount needs to be removed which will result in an additional premium being applied. I can see our Audit team has spoken to you and explained all. Your premium this year is £29 more than last year and £129 cheaper than the year before. Disgusting service on phone today. Cancelled my policy unless I made an immediate payment in relation to change of address but refused to email anything in relation to this. Refused to let me speak to a supervisor. Refused to give me surname or call ref number. Terrible terrible customer service. John Edwards

Will not use again, added convictions for speeding that weren’t mine, overcharged , requested call back from a managed, but they haven’t bothered to call. DO NOT USE

Absolutely terrible has taken me almost 2 months to cancel my policy and had to pay out half the policy premium terrible South African customer service have been with them 3 years then asked for my previous no claims which had been supplied 3 years previously no one to complain to

This company take deposit , cancel insiurence after 1 day . And 492£ don't refunded ..... Despondent this not for policy . And take more information to tweeter I have Voice recorder.

Did not take out policy due to increase in price when being validated over the phone but have been charged a cancellation fee for a policy that was not fully in force. Formal complaint submitted.

very expensive quote over £150.00 more than my renewal with the same insurance company .When I asked the call assistant why he just keep repeating the same line it the best price on screen

Don't use this company avoid at all costs go elsewhere. I had a van for less than one month and they continued taking payments from my account once it was closed. They took £550 deposit and want more on a policy costing £1500 for the year. They took the finance from the finance company and never told them my policy had been cancelled. I would look else where all the mess they got me into and they are hounding me still for money. Wouldn't let me cancel my policy at first so they could charge more. Don't give them bank details they used this to dip into my account while under investigation by the ombudsman. If I could give less than a 1 star I would very poor and hound the customers.

The worst insurance company ever, I kept on getting late charges every month, when they was money to cover the cost. So I chose to go to a different company, van compare is now trying to get a full year's money of me, I'm being Ripped off being with them, and Ripped off trying to get away. Very poor company...

Good Day Ian, Thank your for your feedback, I have checked your policy and we haven't charged you any additional monies, you have however been charged fee's by the Finance Company for Direct Debit defaults and cancellation. All of which you agreed to at the time of taking up the Insurance policy. Shocking service. This company does not have a clue! You fully complete the on line application, fully pay for it and upload your proof of no claims etc. You then receive an email saying your on cover. Great!, well NO, you then receive a txt stating you need to contact them urgently by telephone. You then have to go through the complete application process again, even though they have all the information. All the while they are attempting to sell you policy upgrades! Eventually after about 30 mins you get your policy approved as per your on line application. Great the policy document arrive by email. A but wait, vehicle is STILL showing as un insured on ask mid. I called and was informed.... it takes 24hours to appear live - so much for road taxing the vehicle today then. 24hrs later, still not insured via askMid . AVOID THESE COWBOYS at all cost.

An insurance company to be avoided at all costs. Quite possibly the most underhand and morally bankrupt business I’ve ever dealt with. They don’t deserve the one star.

Always resd the small print £90 to cancel a policy. Non negotiable. At least Dick Turpin wore a mask, you had a clue you were about to be robbed.
