“The worst insurance company ever, I kept on getting late charges every month, when they was money to cover the cost. So I chose to go to a different company, van compare is now trying to get a full year's money of me, I'm being Ripped off being with them, and Ripped off trying to get away. Very poor company...”

Good Day Ian, Thank your for your feedback, I have checked your policy and we haven't charged you any additional monies, you have however been charged fee's by the Finance Company for Direct Debit defaults and cancellation. All of which you agreed to at the time of taking up the Insurance policy. If you arent clear on why or how this has come to be you are welcome to contact our office and discuss your previous Insurance on 0333 200 4677 alternatively email us at customer.assistance@bismail.co.uk. “Shocking service. This company does not have a clue! You fully complete the on line application, fully pay for it and upload your proof of no claims etc. You then receive an email saying your on cover. Great!, well NO, you then receive a txt stating you need to contact them urgently by telephone. You then have to go through the complete application process again, even though they have all the information. All the while they are attempting to sell you policy upgrades! Eventually after about 30 mins you get your policy approved as per your on line application. Great the policy document arrive by email. A but wait, vehicle is STILL showing as un insured on ask mid. I called and was informed.... it takes 24hours to appear live - so much for road taxing the vehicle today then. 24hrs later, still not insured via askMid . AVOID THESE COWBOYS at all cost.”

“Good response to phone call. Only gripe why can’t insurers make things easier to change insurers as banks, gas and electricity companies have been forced into doing and ensuring you are a wear that there are better “rate” ie. not paying to much for same service - cover instead of using a comparable web site to find better rate even if this is with SAME insurer or insurance company Regards Jane”
