“Fitted the headlights yesterday, they fitted perfectly, I love the day lights and the sweaping indicators, however I wish the dipped and main beams where whiter and brighter.”

“Easy ordering. Windows are excellent and fairly easy to install. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is the rubber trim only fits single skin, but double skin would be far better.”

“Hi , I attempted to fit my universal windows to the rear of my sprinter van this past weekend but unfortunately, the J channel window trim which you advised is best suited for this type of window due to its thinner lip on one side allowing more area on the window for the bonding is too wide for a single skin. It would be fine for a double skin but often the areas where universal windows are installed are nearly always single skin! Luckily I had some general purpose single skin channel which had a narrower lip which worked fine. In hindsight the single skin you supplied for the main side windows would have been better! I now have two lengths of J channel which I do not need. My advise to you would be to supply single skin J channel. However, the windows are top quality and I was very pleased with the fast delevery. And the communications I had on the phone. Best regards Dave.”

“Absolutely love the products, but the packaging was very poor. Our windows arrived with the cardboard open and the glass falling out of them. The staples used all pulled through the card. The orange glass edge protector was all hanging off and were worried about damage. I shall be starting to fit the windows over the next couple of weeks and really hope there not chipped! Will keep you posted! Overall we love the products and website but packaging needs attention. The delivery driver even commented on this was the condition he picked them up in.”

“Hi good service from these guys i had a brocken side window, they had it despetched the next day on a 2 day delivery. how ever fedex was the fall down. i ordered thurs night it was in my local fedex depot at Gretna, by sat 1pm. but not open until monday. over sat afternoon and monday 7.10am had 5 text messages to say it would be delivered between 8.20am and 12.20 am mon. at 1.34pm i had a text message to say tryed to deliver customer not there. i never went any where in the delivery time. cant complane to fedex because we dont have the account with them picked it up myself tues 80mile round trip. not Vanpimps fault. the drivers lie. i will use the vanpimps again but sort some thing better for delivery. many thanks.”

“Very happy with Vanpimps, friendly and good products. Got windows and matts for my new crafter. Quick delivery and dispatch time. Would have given 5* but accidentally ordered old crafter side windows and new crafter rears so drove down to exchange. Struggled to find the right windows from a Google search, but if you go to their site and scroll down to new crafter the options are limited then you can’t go wrong.”

“Among other items I purchased the leather style seat covers for my renault trafic.i was a bit sceptical because they can often not fit properly, but I must say, these are very good quality and after fitting the drivers seat, I was very pleased as they look like my old seats have been re upholstered and I don't mind paying the price for a quality fit and I was about to score a 10 out of 10. Unfortunately, I was fitting the double seat and felt like I had to mark them down to an 8 or even a 7 due to the following. Not a big thing but there were no instructions but you can scan the QR code to show you how to fit them to a vw. i know it's not rocket science but it would be nice to have them. On the video, it shows the double seat cover being fastened by a zip. The box even states zip up tech, however on mine, it is velcro apart from a small one around the seatbelt clip,so a little disappointed as the zip looks so much better quality. But my main issues are: The back part of the seat cover, on the sides does nt reach the seat, its about and inch short, so the old colour seat can still be seen. Also the headrest covers have massive cut outs to allow for an half inch round bar. It's not bad when the headrest is down, but if it's raised up, again you can see the old material underneath. Finally, where there has been cut outs made to go around the seat supports for instance, the elastic goes across the gap, is this a fault or am I supposed to cut it? if its the latter, I should not have to for an item of this price. This is something I need to find out. I dont know if it's how they all fit or mine have not been manufactured correctly. As I said, they are really good covers but are let down by the things mentioned which is a real shame and makes the price seem a little high.”

“Customer service and contact is very good, products (seat covers) very good, however the set delivered for my 2017 transit custom had an issue whereby the double seat back has an opening for the seatbelt housing which was way too small and the join for the zip was way off. They were returned to compare but Vanpimps decided to refund. I really wanted a solution to keep the covers.”

“Bonet bra now fited to our '57 plate Trafic and looks good. A lacing diagram would have been helpful and a warning not to pull on the white loops when pulling the bra into position. I carelessly pulled on one and almost ripped it off. We hand stitched it back on and managed to get out of jail!”

“Purchased punched leather effect seat covers for a Peugeot Boxer 2021 van. The parcel arrived quickly (although the postage charges are a bit steep). The product is of a very high quality and when fitted does look amazing, like new seats. I would have liked a proper step-by-step guide to fitting. The video which is downloaded by scanning a code is inadequate, and the presentation is poor. The video does not add to the experience but detract from it.”

“My windows arrived quickly. Deliveries to my postcode involve several transfers between vehicles so is a big risk ordering fragile stuff. My side window box was ripped including the protective film on the glass but the glass was still fine. I’d suggest putting all loose items such as my four window trims in a poly bag so it less likely they could fall out. Great products at great prices though!”

“I recently purchased 3 windows from you for my sprinter, the windows are fabulous but the Mastic is awful. No matter how much I warmed it it up we had terrible trouble applying it, it was solid when trying to squeeze it out and would not give us a constant bead. I've now had to have them fitted professionally and even he said I'm not using that stuff”
