“Order placed and delivery made the next day - despite opting for the standard delivery. The windows are exactly what I wanted, aftermarket which are precisely the same as dealer supply. The quality is great, they look well made, and the privacy tint is dark enough to make it difficult to see in, but light enough to give a good view out. They let in enough light to brighten the interior. Fitting was dead easy, as they are a precise fit for the panel cutouts. All in all, a great buy.”

“Excellent service, cannot fault the office staff. or the windows. The first windows were damaged on the carriers, after contacting the office, the staff sorted it without any problems, and replacement glass was with me in a couple of days, great service.”

“Really impressed with VanPimps, although unfortunately part of our order (multiple VW Crafter windows, plus fitting kits) arrived damaged as a result of the transit, the customer service was excellent and we had a replacement within a few days. We have now fitted the windows and they look great!”

“Fantastic customer service. I ordered the wrong windows and called VanPimps to explain. Customer services expalined the process to exchange via post but I opted to travel to the depot to make the exchange. Everyone was super helpful”

“This is my 2nd aftermarket OS door mirror purchased for my Peugeot Boxer. Bought this one from Vanpimps on the strength of quality description and the reviews, I can confirm this is a quality product. It looks & feels good. It also fitted very well. 2 points to note: 1. no temp sensor wire with this one but I can live without that 2. my Milenco mirror cover just fits with the Vanpimps mirror. It didn't fit all (even after modification) with my earlier attempt at aftermarket purchase, so that's a big plus for Vanpimps.”

Hello, We do apologise you have had these issues with your order. Unfortunately as we are reliant on couriers to deliver our parcels sometimes these issues occur. I have looked into this and can see a replacement order has been set up for the missing items and this was delivered on the 6th of June. Once again we do apologise for the inconvenience caused.
