“I found my package between bin etc, the courier FedEx is meant to release the package upon signature but yet they didn't ... i will complain as where I live things go missing, really inappropriate and vanpimps should re evaluate their couriers”

“Really great in all aspects, the products are fantastic and reasonably priced. Customer service is as good as it gets in my eyes, rang once for advice which the girl on the phone knew her stuff and explained very well and simple. Second time was to add to an online order Iā€™d just placed, was able to add additional stuff onto original one. This was at 11:30 on the Tuesday, my order arrived 9:30 next day. I would definitely be using these again.”

“Web site was easy to follow. And when I phone to place my order instead of doing it on line because I wanted to ask some questions .the lady I spoke to was very helpful and knowledgeable. I placed my order then 1 day later I had an email about saying my order had been dispatched.
