“Found the whole process from website purchase to picking up the windows from the van pimps yard straight forward. Bit nervous never having fitted vehicle windows before but actually found it easier than I expected. Watched a couple of van pimps videos and purchased the right tools. Wasn't sure on the gasket size but had a chat when picking up the windows and they confirmed all good for my van.”

“VanPimps are a fantastic product, I've now installed three windows on my van which I've never done before. Customer service are helpful and will direct you in the right area. Had one window delivered by TNT that was damaged and a new one was with me within 24hrs. VanPimps pull out all the stops and are a fantastic team.”

“"Fitted curtains" are absolutely shambles. 1 - every single rail does not fit properly 2 - they include wood screws instead of self tapping ones Just don't bother with the hassle”

Hello, We do apologise you feel this way. We can confirm that our windows for the Renault Master 1997-2010 model are oversized windows, meaning they cover the whole panel, not just the recessed area. We can confirm this is advised in the product listing on our website and our staff advised you of this over the phone. Kind Regards, VanPimps Management
