“Brought 2 roller guides for vivaro slide doors good quality product better than original ones but if purchasing this u will need a plumber to give u a rubber seal out of a tap set so it's a snugg fit as the rail is 32-34 mm and the wheel plus rubber is 30mm so slight play”

“Purchased a side windows for a sprinter , all good and fitted my self As in your your YouTube video , hopefully this morning it’s not on the yard floor ! My only complaint is , the glass was delivered in only a plastic wrapper ! This was a big window , delivered to my neighbors house , then to my van , then to my yard , just for the lesser experience individual as well as my self , it just didn’t feel right, A cardboard box would have helped , Thanks anyway , would recommend”

Hi David Thank you for your review we appreciate the positive feedback, Please note that the reason for your glass being delivered the way it was is because the order was delivered on our own delivery vehicle that has been purposefully designed to deliver our glass which is why your window had turned up in minimal packaging. “Bonnet bra for Renault traffic fits nice holes for air vent are off by about a inch, the string for tying on underneath looks messy”

“Order arrived incomplete, Missing item was sent after e mail to van pimps with no problem. good quality, good price and fast delivery, Just a shame the order was not checked and held me up for 2 days”

“Good product at a good price. I would suggest you email customers to confirm order. However, delivered in good time and in good order. I did ring a emailed twice to confirm you received the order but had no response. Having said all that I would certainly recommend Vanpimps.”

“I ordered a window for my Ducato van from Van Pimps. Unfortunately when the courier delivered it all I had was a box of shiny gravel. I contacted Van Pimps immediately and found them extremely helpful. Within a week I had my replacement, delivered this time by their own van. The window itself is excellent, good fit, good quality.”

“Ordered two windows for the back of my van (camper conversion). they arrived much quicker than expected and the windows are good quality, the fitting kit was also good quality. i bought a side window from Van deamon and the fitting kit was not as a good, window similar quality but packaged much better.. If van pimps improved the packaging of the windows (bear in mind they were not damaged at all) then it would be all round great.”

I have taken a look into the packaging side of your order and can see that your order was delivered on one of our own delivery vehicle by one of our drivers. All of our delivery vehicles have custom racking in the back to securely hold the glass in place whilst in transit, this would be why your windows were received with minimal packaging (blue edging to protect the edges of the glass). “I recently purchased 2 side windows for a van conversion of a Ford Transit XLWB panel van. Ordering was easy, delivery was prompt and goods were delivered intact. However the condition of the cardboard packaging which was torn in places, corners of the box bashed in places and staples missing or loose, gave me moments of concern that the windows may be damaged. But all's well that end's well no thanks to DHL though. Will use Van Pimps again but they may want to consider an alternative carrier.”

“This windows arrived quickly and one was damaged and the courier took it back. The one thing I would say is that when open the packages It would be better if the glue and edging strips are packed with the windows as a package ready to be fitted and not put all in with 1 window. Having to open both packages to search for them. It would make it easier only having to open one at a time and everything was in the package to fit them. Regards Mr Mauro Menchini”

“Goods were all OK, only issue I had was with the side brackets which hold spoiler in place, but this was rectified with in one day.”

“I would have given 5stars but was slightly disappointed with the fit of the rear smaller window drivers side I have pointed this out in an email. Correspondence with staff excellent especially Lara who was great.”
