“Quick delivery, good communication. Packaging is poor and product ok but not great”

“Very good service, didn't have everything we wanted but suggested an alternative. The windows looked amazing once fitted. Need two people to do the job as quite heavy.”

“Curtians were good altho the ends for the rails were no good as they were too wide and dint fit so my curtains come out of the runners but other than that spot on”

“Purchased windows for my van. They arrived next day, but the packaging was ripped open and there was very little protection for the glass I'm surprised they wearnt damaged. The windows themselves are extremely stiff to open, the supplied adhesive is not enough to do the job. Also no fitting instructions are supplied.”

Hi Adrian, We are sorry to hear that your parcel arrived to yourself damaged, however we are glad to hear that there was no damage inflicted on the items purchased. It is normal for the windows to be stiff to open initially, however this will fade as they get bedded in. With regards to the bonding adhesive, each tube should be enough to do one window and we can see that a 2 window bonding kit was included with your pair of windows, however if you were short please do get in touch with our Customer Services team via email on support@vanpimps.co.uk. “Great quality of black out curtains fitting to any van takes minutes and easy, the only thing is the end caps really tight to fit once the rails are installed”

“The service I got was excellent I had a brief look inside the package to see if they were all intact - everything was fine no breakages however I have not as yet taken them out to size them against my van and that won't be soon because of Covid. l am confined to my house for the meantime. I have every confidence that they will be ok - the people I dealt with were very knowledgeable and helpful about my requirements and I 'm sure Zacker the Packer got it 100% right. I would have readily given 5 stars if I had installed them but that is not the fault of the good folk at VP's. Go safe jim”

“Placed an order for 4 windows, 2 were out of stock and 2 arrived fairly quickly. The other 2 arrived a few weeks later (I was told they were on the way which was good), only to find one of them smashed and the other scratched (assume it was the broken one that scratched it). A quick call to VanPimps and 2 new ones where ordered and on their way. Arrived a day later. I’m putting the broken window down to the delivery service and not VanPimps as it looked well packaged. Windows are of a high quality and look great!”

“Nice little upgrade at a reasonable price. Could have done with a bit more ribbon to tie down but had plenty of twine to make a good job well impressed with final result and well happy with my buy I highly recommend van pimps”

“Smooth ordering process, excellent quick delivery, but when the first window was fitted slightly disappointed with the fit due to gap on top LHS, photo attached. Will see how the other windows go.”
