“I gave a five star rating but really it was only 96 out of a hundred, after all no one is perfect. You should also know I do not do reviews (normally), and also I'm 68 and fall into the grumpy old man catagory. So what wan't perfect, I had 6 windows to fit into a 2014 MWB Sprinter and which took two of us 8 hours to fit. First concern the the etching wipes for the glass I really could of done with six one for each glass and not three. The glass adhesive although brilliant I could of done with seven tubes and not six, that would of stopped me panicking. The glass itself wasn't perfectly curved, but then neither are the Mercedes panels they fit onto. Having said that the end result is fantastic and I have created a dream of a MPV. Would I recommend Vanpimps you bet, would I do it again you bet. For those thinking about using Vanpimps fear not they have everything going for them and Gary the delivery driver was a credit to them. A tip for all those cutting out panels for a Sprinter some of the curves are too tight for many air tools consider chain drilling corners it worked for me. Second tip the filler between the two skins can get in the way remove with a 6mm side and face cutter or router bit, before fitting the glass.”

“I was sent the wrong rails, and some how you don't have the mechanism to rectify errors, the customers is on its own. Profesional companies don't work lake that.”

Hi Dominic, you actually ordered the wrong roof rails after being advised which ones to order when you spoke to our customer services dept on the phone before placing your order this is why you had to return the goods at your cost, if it is our fault we offer a faultless swap or refund process at no cost to the customer, you returned the goods and we refunded them straight away. We are a professional company and it clearly states in our terms if the customer orders incorrectly they have to bear the cost of returning the unwanted items, this is pretty standard practice in eCommerce but I am sorry you are dissatisfied with the service you received.
