“Packed badly, window arrived smashed to pieces, refused to do anything about it. Told me that a photo of the received package would qualify for a VAT refund as shipped out of UK, then make you jump through hoops to get it. Shocking... Never again”

Hi Jon, we delivered the goods to a UK address where they were signed for in good condition and then you had them forwarded on to you. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for damage that occurs when you are having goods shipped by a third party courier who has accepted our goods and signed for them as 'in good condition'. As for a VAT refund, once we receive proof the goods are out of the UK we can refund the VAT, we only asked for images to approve this and didn't ask you to 'jump through hoops'. We advise customers we do not ship glass overseas and if you choose to ship out of the UK yourself unfortunately we cannot be held liable, the goods are well packaged (we send out hundreds of glass deliveries per week so always ensure they are well packed). Sorry we couldn't help, you will need to make a claim against the courier who delivered the goods to you.

“Great price and extremely rapid service. But the really good thing was that even I, with next to no aptitude for anything mechanical, found it really easy to fit. I watched the online video, picked up some spanners and fitted it in next to no time! As easy as that. Thank you Van Pimps.”

“Next day delivery, wanted some info regarding fitting new side window on Vauxhall vivaro staff very helpful, packaging well protected which was lucky as the courier weren't that careful quite a bit of damage on the box but that's not vanpimps fault,”

“First class product! First class service! Helpful staff. Windows arrived on time. Well packaged! Fitting kits were generous and as described. Word of warning having fitted said windows to my van and being utterly delighted with them. Its not quite as easy as their fitter in the video shows! I am not so talented in these things but I took my time and got there. If I can most others can. But he did make it look easy!!”
