“Ordered product on 2nd Jan and still no sign of the order on 10th! Called 9th and told to wait another day and then call back... what kind of service is this. Would request a refund d please!”

It was shipped within 2 working days of your order being placed and due to the shipping method it can take up to 5 working days to arrive.
