Customer service and contact is very good, products (seat covers) very good, however the set delivered for my 2017 transit custom had an issue whereby the double seat back has an opening for the seatbelt housing which was way too small and the join for the zip was way off. They were returned to compare but Vanpimps decided to refund. I really wanted a solution to keep the covers.
