“Great product recommended by a local bodyshop that has used various brands. Pro fitted at National Windscreens (they wouldn't use the van pimps fitting kit). Only because Id just had a lot of respray work. Nice tight sliding windows. So far so good”

“Exellent service and comunication. excellent delivery time. I was worried the bonding tube supplied was not going to be enough, but it was. it would help to state in the advert what is required to fit a sliding door window. I thought the trim should have been supplied as part of the kit. it was not and it was not included in the advert either, so it is my fault in a way. but it should be in the kit since it gets fitted before the window.”

Hello Terence, We are sorry that you have an issue with the bonnet bra. Could you please unroll the bra completely and check the finish as when the bonnet bras are brand new the chequered print is extremely dark and the bra can almost look completely black in certain light. If you could please check this and send over some images of the bra to your support ticket number 98973 that would be much appreciated and once we have received these from you a member of our customer support team will be able to assist you. “The seals I ordered were one of many that I ordered. They were the only ones that came close to the factory ones and provided the inner flap of rubber. Much cheaper than ones from renault. They also came long and had to cut them in to fit which I'd much rather have as some other seals I ordered elsewhere were actually short. Very happy. Will be ordering windows at some point in the future. I look forward to them if this quality is anything to go by.”

“Ordered the window kit for a Caddy Maxi and as I live local, went to pick it up rather than have it delivered. Unfortunately, the Caddy I had just bought turned out to be a death trap so I returned it for a full refund. I contacted VanPimps to explain what had happened and they offered me a full refund for the windows right away. I dropped them back at their warehouse the same day. Everyone I dealt with, either on the phone or both visits to the warehouse couldn’t have been more helpful. I will get another Caddy and as soon as I do, I will be shopping with VanPimps. A great company who deserve there great reputation.”
