“Saw this on your website the 1 we received is lovely looks great was just the right size but the downside is when it rains the water sits in between the two plates making it look cheap is there anyway to alievate this”

Hi Giuliano Thank you for your review It sounds like you have placed the two panels against each other, instead of using the spacers to lift the front panel off of the back panel. If the panels do not have a space between them, then water will get trapped between the two panels. If you install it the correct way, with the front panel lifted off the back panel, water will trickle down and off of the panels.
