Hi Keith, Thank you for getting in touch. We're sorry to see the small mark on your sign, though it's difficult to determine the nature of the marking from the images provided. As mentioned in our previous communications, and in line with our Terms and Conditions, any damage must be reported prior to installation. Once a product has been installed, it becomes difficult for us to assess whether any issue occurred during delivery or during the installation process.
