“Disappointed with quality of door sign - I had expected the plaque to be hand painted, but the numbers / letters are simply stickers. Due to this, I don’t anticipate that this plaque is durable.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, I'm sorry to read that you are not happy with the sign, we provide full information with regards to sign material on the website and the sign that you have purchased is a vinyl print applied to ceramic as advised, the sign is suitable for the elements so I would expect it to be durable. Being blind Stuart was.able to feel the design & lettering etched into the slate & this made it or the more special. “I had a clear picture of the proposed look of the sign I decided to order it. It was near Christmas so didn't expect it till after, but it turned up before😃. The parcel was very well packaged I unwrapped the parcel the sign was as expected and the fixings supplied with the sign made it very easy to put on the wall levelled out any slight imperfections. Will order another sign shortly.”
