Don’t waste your money shocking quality for £30 . Customer complaints won’t refund as the sign is “personalised” go figure! Thought that was the whole point of signage!!

Not happy with the sign i received it was full of marks, I decided to send it back, Also they sent me 2 signs instead of 1 and charged me for 2 signs, I would like a refund, Regards Norman Bertram.

Review requested although two weeks down the line the goods are still not arrived or even out for delivery according to the tracking system. So much for prompt delivery and service!!!

I ordered 3 bin labels and paid for them. I received 2 and was promised the 3rd by return. It is now a week since that promise was made and the 3rd has not arrived. Customer service has been friendly, but so far ineffectual.

Hi Caroline, I am sorry to hear that your delivery was missing one of your wheelie bin stickers, and for any inconvenience that this may have caused. I can see that a replacement wheelie bin was arranged on the 21st of March and dispatched on the 24th of March, and is currently with the couriers for delivery as it was dispatched two working days ago. Photographic description misleading. The addition of a perspex plastic front is an option buried off the order page. The initial page however gives the customer the impression there’re ordering the Perspex addition…. Deliberate I think 🤔

I am sorry to see your order has not arrived as of yet. Unfortunately our sign arrived broken and was unusable . We are awaiting a replacement which we hope will be fine .

Hi Jackie, I have looked into this for you and can see that your order was dispatched on the 11th of March. Standard delivery usually takes up to 5 working days so it should be with you shortly. I can see from the tracking that it has been manifested for delivery. I would also like to advise that your order was placed on the 10th of March and the ship by date was the 16th so we have shipped it out 5 days early so we are within our time frame still. From looking into your order, we can see our customer service representative explained unfortunately your order was slightly delayed in transit, and apologetic in regards to this, however the live chat was left by yourself before the conversation could finish. Delivery has still not been achieved from this order made nearly 4 weeks ago. The delivery company stated that we were not present at home, which is incorrect. We do not think that any attempt was made to deliver. Still no update from UK Sign Shop as to when delivery will be made. Very frustrating.

Hi Glenis, We are sorry to hear that you had issues with the delivery of your order. I can see that the couriers had some difficulties with the postcode, sometimes this occurs if it is a new build. However, I can see that a replacement sign was produced and dispatched to you as a matter of high priority, using an alternative courier.
