“I received a different colour. I ordered a black background and white number but I received a grey background and it didn't look the same as the photo when I purchased the Item. I am very disappointed with the service.”

“My first order had been perfect some months ago. Unfortunately this sign wasn't perfect. The writing slopes downwards. I was told this was 'within limits' and was offered a small discount that I have taken. Customer service staff were prompt with their replies. But I am still not happy with this sign and am disappointed that I could not exchange it.”

Hi Judi Thank you for leaving a review. Due to the sign being made from slate which is a natural material we do advise on the website that print may be a few mm from the central design. From looking in to this issue we could see there was a minor misalignment which was within our tolerances, and a gesture of goodwill partial refund provided. Unfortunately, as the sign is as described on the website and personalised we were unable to provide a free replacement or exchange. Kind Regards UK Sign Shop
