“Very happy with the sign except communication with you, also the sign has a chip on it which is not visible looking at it face on but can be seen clearly looking from the side, I didn’t bother returning it as I previously tried to ask a question using your website & had no reply, so I decided I could live with it, btw the chip was didn't happen in transport as it has the oil finish on so whoever packaged it was fully aware of the chip.”

“Quick delivery, good quality and easy to install, although lacking instructions from supplier and had to Google to find fitting information as QR code on packaging didn't work”

“I recently ordered a house sign made of slate at very reasonable cost. I was kept up to date by e mail with my order and it came promptly as advised. It was well wrapped and the appropriate screws were enclosed. On receipt of the sign I was a little disappointed on the marks and I immediately contacted the company sending a photo. I was assured due to the nature of material used it “ It is due to the natural layered texture of this material that it can cause some isolated pyrite to show on the plaque. These are the gold/brown flecks that you can see. This information can be found on our website “ I could not find this information but it is very informative website so I may of missed it. The sign was put up today and it looks good so no chasing the postman with other people’s post.”

“Bit disappointed looks a bit plain, but not your fault by any means, I thought I had ordered the clear perspex to go on the front of the number as in the photo, but when I checked my order I hadn't ticked the box”

From looking into this we can see that the upgraded additional panel to replicate our example was not chosen, you are correct. This means that the text is printed on to the one panel chosen. “Pleasure to deal with, quality sign and so glad I purchased it. Was fortunate to be offered the premium upgrade that included an acrylic back. My only very small gripe is the delivery set it had been dispatched however their courier didn't pick the parcel up for several days. It still arrived on time and was well packed. It looks superb.”
