“We love our natural slate sign, and the customer care team were great when the original courier failed to deliver to our new-build home, re-sending it via another. Would be five stars but the sign arrived with no screws and when some replacements were sent out they were sent via the original courier... and never made it to us (again the UK Sign Shop team were great and gave a partial refund to cover the cost of buying screws locally, but it felt like an avoidable problem at that point).”

“I ordered this to replace the old one that was on the house when i bought it. We get lots of little birds in the garden so this was perfect. My wife loves it. It came on time and properly protected”

“I sent away for this, not really knowing anything about the company, but I did read the reviews and decided to take a chance. It is a gift for a friend. I was highly delighted with the way that it turned out. The plaque appears to be very good quality, with a lovely gloss finish. It took a few weeks to arrive and I was notified only when it left the company's premises. A little bit of available 'tracking' would have been helpful, but it didn't matter......when it did arrive, it was very well packaged in bubble wrap and in a box, with wall fixing attached.”

“Lovely sign, very happy with it. Took one star off because I didn’t realise I’d need to pay so much import tax to Ireland. Thanks Brexit! Not the sellers fault, but would have been nice to have been reminded, that I had an extra 50% import tax and also a delay while the import tax was processed. In our case, it added several days, because of bank holidays and weekends. I’m used to buying from larger companies, where the price is the price. I have recommended the company to people admiring the sign, but a little reminder that I’d have these issues, would have managed my expectations better.”
