“Really pleased with the sign and the whole ordering process - good communications throughout and arrived earlier than initially stated. Product is well made and the standard mounting kit has everything you need - spacers, screw caps etc. Would definitely buy from this company again. Sign looks great !”

“From beginning to end it was easy to navigate the site and order exactly what I wanted. The sign itself was brilliant, a good size and the picture of the German Shepherd was spot on with a clear font that can be seen clearly. I will be back again as we have our sights on the overhead sign light. Well done.”

“Just as described, very pretty, looks great. Delivery well documented and well within timeframe. Would recommend, however check size as I didn't and would have preferred slightly larger. My fault entirely as sizes were given”

Hi Jane, Thank you for leaving a review. An order confirmation is automatically sent to all customers, and our website includes a live preview that must be approved before placing the order. Additionally, there’s a prompt at checkout advising that, because the item is personalised, amendments cannot be made once the order is placed. These steps help ensure all personalised orders are correct before processing. We hope this helps clarify the process, and we appreciate your understanding. Kind regards, UK Sign Shop
