“Ordered 27th sep with express delivery. Was meant to arrive the Friday, then the Monday and finally Wednesday. Checked reviews and asked them to cancel order. Got an email saying item had been refunded 2nd October but clearly hasn’t. Sent emails and made phone calls but still no refund! Please beware”

“I orderered the chrome board on 11 September after lots of mixed messages via email as no one calls back or answer me telephone and after being told my board was ready to be shipped on 4 October then to be told actually he hover board isn't in stock even though we said it was and it would be delayed further I have asked for a refund now been waiting a week for confirmation this has been processed”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Purchased a hover board 28th September, paid express delivery and hasn't arrived 2 weeks later. All they do is tell LIES then ignore you!”

“Shocking company. This is a total fraud. They are selling goods for fast delivery that they don't have and can't deliver - it's illegal. The minute you are onto their scam you can't get hold of them or get a reply. I've just reported them to my bank's fraud team and my next port of call is trading standards. They need shutting down and fast. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY”

“Absolute scumabgs!!!! Do not order from those horrible disgusting people. Stealing money from hardworking citizens, who order for kids birthdays, and scum like this decide not to send the goods! Dont worry! My bank are onto you. Fraud squad will also be in touch! Rats”

“Stay away from those guys!!!!! they promise to deliver in 1-2 days and we are still waiting day 4 ... Every time I call to ask when the hoverboard will be dispatched and every time their answer is tomorrow. My daughter is frustrated all family is frustrated, going to ask for a refund.”

“Absolutely disgraceful - although emails are answered in record time it's the same response - unable to deliver awaiting stock - then why do you take the money and also for the express delivery. How can you possibly take orders that you cannot fulfill - I cannot even give you 1 star! Oh it won't let me post unless I give you a star”

“AVOID!!!!!!!! PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM HERE..read all of the reviews first. I habe Google searched this place and have found nothing. I have been waiting over 2 weeks for my order that I paid "express delivery" for. Keep being fobbed off via email. Completely useless”

“Ordered hoverboard for daughters birthday. This site advertised express delivery. Do not expect express delivery. Emailed to ask where order was and was told to wait a few more days. Waited...no delivery, emailed again and told another couple of days. Too late now so cancelled order. Hopefully refund won't be so difficult. Recommend looking else where.”

“Waiting nearly 2 week for it and wen i phoned up to ask what was happening with my order they said it was going to be with me in a couple of days.... a couple of days passed I phoned up again there saying the hoverboard I bought is out of stock so it will be with me next Wednesday now. Not happy at all”

“If u thinking about ordering from here DON'T they will take your money but you will be left waiting for your item to arrive I'm still waiting after a fortnight to be told yet another delivery date I won't hold my breath disgusting service”

“Stay clear of this company plz if your planing on buying a segboard of any kind spend extra on one from a decent seller uksegboards aint it what a hassle to get an order, a hold of anyone to help from customer service and even a refund there must be 1 very under educated half human working the whole business”

“Do not use this company. Ordered a hover board for my daughter to open on her birthday. Paid for express delivery to make sure it would arrive well in Time. Now weeks later no hover board. Ring everyday asking for my refund of over £200 and get told the same thing day after day. Saying I will get an email before 5pm with a refund reference number then my money will be refunded. Guess what still no email or refund or hover board. By the reviews below. Think watchdog will will be my next call. Wouldn't even rate this company 1 star”

“Order a Segway on the 5th September said it would. Be 1-2 days express delivery waited a week still didn't come emailed them said it would be between 18th-22nd September still didn't come emailed again said it be here before 26th as it's my daughters birthday on 27th rang them up said he be here for 28th it's a total piss take now my daughter has to wake up on her birthday without her main present and if it doesn't come on the 28th I'll be asking for refund!! It's a joke will see what happens but I'd advise none to order from here service is appauling”

“Was also told 1-2 days with express paid for 2 segboards didnt come within 1-2 days so contacted them via chat told friday so then had to contact them fri to be told tues so demanded a refund after an hour tryin to get hold of them via phone place is a joke and should be shut down”

“Order from UK segboards on a Sunday pay for express delivery to ensure or so you would think it would be delivered before my child's birthday on the following Friday. Contact uk segway Thursday to enquire to be told it won't be delivered till Monday which is 8 days after paying for express delivery. No compassion was shown by UK segboards that they had not DELIVERED an expected service customer services reply was "what do you want us to do about it " if this is the UKs No 1 Segboards seller I hate to think what the rest are like”

“Segboard just out of delivery emailed for advice as my sons segboard will not charge up and is constantly beeping.. wasctold wpuld need to pay £30 for a testing kit then they would let me know what was wrong and how much it would cost to repair.. not a good service after a short period of time and very little use.. was expecting some fault finding advice at the very least. Upset to say the least.”
