Placed order have been given at least 4 different delivery dates now I’ve asked for a refund but a week on I doubt I am going to see the money again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

AVOID AVIOD AVIOD Seriously save your money! These scumbags are disgusting! Ordered a board and paid £200 for the board and then £9.99 for express delivery. This was on the 16/10/17 it’s now the 31/10/17 and still no board. I have emailed countless times and was given a new delivery date 3 times, told i would be refunded the express delivery charge, still no refund! Please save your money and go somewhere else. Will be reporting them to every authority I can.

Warning....do not buy from these crooks, no segboard, no refund.4 false delivery dates and lots of lies. Scumbags need to be caught and jailed. Have reported them to trading standards and bank.Next step, police.So angry, have never had any issues with other online companies.

Do NOT buy!! Rip off company goods never arrive and been waiting for refund for 3 weeks since they ruined my daughters birthday!!! Luckily I can afford to take them to court and slap them with the fees!!

I've only given it a star because it wouldn't let me write a review otherwise. Where do I start, bought from this company over a month ago, took my money instantly and paid for express delivery £210.00 in total. I've been promised 3 delivery dates as to which my husband and myself have had to take days off work for, but surprise surprise they didn't show. After numerous emails and phone calls they are now telling me expect delivery next Monday. This company is fraud through and through, we've had to contact our credit card company to report them and also contacted trading standards. I honestly wished I had read the reviews before ordering. I am hoping my credit card company can get my money back for me. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON TJIS COMPANY

They should have a minus star rating for this company. Nothing but a joke, you do not receive the hoverboards you think your getting but cheap fakes from China also the customer service is one of the worst I've ever dealt with and they couldn't tell me a single thing about the boards or where and who produce them. My credit card company have been informed and also trading standards! AVOID AT ALL COSTS OR YOU WILL REGRET EVER DEALING WITH THIS FRAUD OF A COMPANY!

Just an update for those of you awaiting a refund. I still haven't recieved one 4 weeks after being promised one. Have now reported to trading standards and my credit card company. Apparently I'm not the first person to report them either, trading standards are fully aware of this company so I would encourage anyone who has a grievance to do the same

Do not buy from this company they do not send item and do not give refunds have passed this over to my bank to investigate and will be reporting to trading standards and watchdog

Do not order from this company !!! I ordered on the 18th of Sep and after numerous emails telephone calls, 3 different delivery dates which I had to chase each time I have still not recieved a board and hoverkart. Asked for a refund, which they said they had processed but 3 weeks later nothing. I too am a single mother and my son didn't have a birthday present. I couldn't afford another £250 to order elsewhere. Avoid at all costs absolutely shocking that this company is still allowed to trade.

Never ever order from this rubbish company!!!!! Placed order on the 6th October express delivery never turned up got told a load of rubbish then another 2 different dates I would get it I've asked for refund,they took the money from my account on the 9th now it's the 17th october! They do not answer your phone calls ! If I do not get a refund in full by Friday 20th I will report this as fraud!

I wouldn't even give this company a one star! I wish I had read reviews before purchasing!! I am totally horrified with this company placed an order 22nd September express next day delivery, one month later about 50 calls for a refund still no segboard or refund £210 to a single mum is a lot and I have a daughter still with no segboard because of this company!!!!! It baffles me that I've never been offered an alternative colour if the pink chrome isn't in stock and why they are quick to take money but not give it back!!! I'm now having to go through a process with the bank to try get my money back that way!!!! Avoid at all costs pay extra elsewhere

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY (REX) this is a one man company you will not receive your goods and will not get a refund. I waited 3 weeks for a refund after not receiving my goods, but didn’t get one so I had to claim back the refund through my bank! Absolute joke of a company! This website should be shut down!!!

Do not trust them. Just get lies and deceit and fraudulent activity. I ordered and paid for express delivery but never received the seaboard. I contacted them and they said they would get it to me by end of the following week from my original order. Still nothing a week after that. I asked for my money back. They said they would refund within 3 days. More than a week later and nothing. I emailed again several days ago and have no reply. Now I need to claim back via my Visa card.

I paid 9.99 for express delivery and arrived 9 days later. Despite phone calls, emails, live chats and Facebook messages I have still not heard back from the so called 'finance team' about a refund of delivery cost. Ignoring customers unless they are placing an order. I have sought advice from CAB and will be contacting trading standards. Buyer beware!

Ordered 27th sep with express delivery. Was meant to arrive the Friday, then the Monday and finally Wednesday. Checked reviews and asked them to cancel order. Got an email saying item had been refunded 2nd October but clearly hasn’t. Sent emails and made phone calls but still no refund! Please beware

I orderered the chrome board on 11 September after lots of mixed messages via email as no one calls back or answer me telephone and after being told my board was ready to be shipped on 4 October then to be told actually he hover board isn't in stock even though we said it was and it would be delayed further I have asked for a refund now been waiting a week for confirmation this has been processed
