Awful service and product! Product was delivered for my son's birthday, the product never switched on and wouldn't charge, I wanted a replacement as it had never been used however they wanted me to pay to return the hoverboard to them for them to fix and return to me. The item had never been switched on and didn't work so I wanted a brand new one. They had the item collected after me refusing to pay for collection and they have NOT given me a refund (nearly a month since collection now, I have also chased but been ignored). I have no product and they have my £290, I am going through my credit card to get my refund. Stay away, go to Argos or similar so least you can nip in store if you have a problem!

I was sent the wrong item because the item I ordered was not in stock apparently I should have been grateful as I was sent a more expensive model! This was not the case! If the item was not in stock I should have been given a choice and I would not have ordered the item sent, I would have got my money back and ordered the one my daughter wanted! Very poor customer service and it beggars belief that the company think it is ok to advertise items they do not have in stock! Then sent the customer whatever they have leftover! Don’t buy from these!!

Shocking company and shocking customer service. Board was delivered over 10 days late, no apology and will definitely never recommend or be using them again and I hope you go out of business.

My eight year old daughter is really happy with her birthday present !! Easy to charge and use with a bit of practise - great for the back garden and the battery life on grass and gravel is really good. Appears well built and we all love it (all the family have been using it). Fast delivery, easy to navigate website. Thoroughly recommended.

Do not use this company, terrible customer service, delivery information said next day, I waited over a week before it arrived and no communication from the company at all, I had to chase them almost daily to find out what was going on. Also the hoverkart is very badly designed for the hoverboard, doesn't secure tight enough so after 1 day of use, the board is very badly scratched and scuffed due to the two metals from the board and kart scratching against each other. Above all they over promised and massively under delivered and ruined not only my son's birthday by not delivering on time, they also need to learn how to deal with customers in a professional manner, I own 3 businesses and know what customer service is all about. I will certainly not be recommending any friends, family or business to use this company.

Terrible service I have waited nearly 3 weeks to get my sons birthday present and they keep saying I will arrive soon so I haven’t ordered another one. Still haven’t received it and they have took the payment

We have purchased Segway Hoverboard, the delivery time was fantastic can not falter. The issue we have had is we have sent two emails to discuss arranging collecting or replacing the faulty Hoverboard we have had for less than one week, not one email has been replied too, I have tried to be understanding due to the Coronavirus, the issue is for one week no reply back?? That’s really poor service!! Hoverboard was really amazing fun when it was working our girls really loved it. My older daughter would also like to have one for her birthday and would of liked to of ordered from the same company!!

Do not use this company!! We have had to send the segboard back twice now, it was faulty and after they had it for a month it was returned to us with the same fault. Sent back again and now it’s been returned broken, bent axel, headlight broken and waterproof cover ripped from charging port. Despite numerous phone calls (can’t speak to a manager and despite assurances someone will call me back, no one does), emails of complaints and a recorded delivery letter being sent they have not responded. Done some digging on the company, go onto UK trust pilot for other recent poor reviews from people. These segboards are poor quality and unsafe. I am taking this further and speaking to citizens advice bureau about getting my money refunded. It’s not worth the hassle and stress for anyone else, please avoid. UK segboards and ‘Segbo’ are different websites but the same company.... avoid them both

I cannot stress how much I would highly recommend avoiding buying from this company - faulty product that has been replaced 3 times and still not a fully working product , despite telephone calls and live chat - poor customer service - can only deal with customers via email , terrible timescales in terms of assisting with initial complaint/replacing faulty items/updating on what’s happening in terms of delivery

Absolutely shocking company. Please please avoid! I bought I segboard for my son which broke after one month. Paid £17 to return it to be fixed and it was returned to me broken. They then asked me to pay £17 again to return it! After weeks of sending emails back and forth they agreed they cover the cost to send it back. I have asked for a full refund as the item is not fit for purpose and is dangerous but still not heard anything after 3 weeks. Looks elsewhere to avoid a massive disappointment

Incredibly disappointed. The hover board was faulty out of the box but the company refused to replace it. If I had known, I would not have purchased. Customer service was appalling.

Had the hoverboard for 20 minutes, alarm kept sounding, sent it back on Wednesday 22nd of May... Dpd tried to return it on the 24th.. to no answer.. (photo looked like a derelict house) then I contacted UK sedgboards again.. they blamed DPD said it would be delivered to the right address (even though I printed off the return label they sent me) on Tuesday 28th.. tracked my parcel again to it saying.. driver cannot find the address... phoned UK sedgboards for the second time.. they have said it’s all DPD and it will be with them today which is Wednesday 29th... still to hear back... I have now got a very disappointed girl without a birthday present for over a week now with no date of when I shall get mine back or repaired.
