We have purchased Segway Hoverboard, the delivery time was fantastic can not falter.
The issue we have had is we have sent two emails to discuss arranging collecting or replacing the faulty Hoverboard we have had for less than one week, not one email has been replied too, I have tried to be understanding due to the Coronavirus, the issue is for one week no reply back?? That’s really poor service!!
Hoverboard was really amazing fun when it was working our girls really loved it.
My older daughter would also like to have one for her birthday and would of liked to of ordered from the same company!!
