So far I have dressed the radiator for fitting and I found the side of the electric element is not tight enough I have rapped it with PTF 13 times as a plumber advised. When the radiator was in the sunlight there was lots of stripes on it this doesn't look right. I haven't fitted it yet I bought it early so I could fix the beams in the drywall to support the screws.

The radiator did not arrive. Problems with TNT delivering it. Twice they said it was being or they had tried to deliver it but we were in and nothing arrived. The delivery should have been 1-2 days. 2 weeks later we were still waiting. Contacted UK Radiators several times, but they were unable to help. Not once did they contact me!

Dreadful service parts missing then if I wanted the missing parts quickly I was told I could collect them in person

I ordered 2 towel radiators with WiFi connectivity, all seemed OK when fitting the 1st radiator but then the element failed within a day. The second radiator had damage when opened, big dent on one of the rails!!, it was noted that the fitting were either refurbished or poor quality as they had scratches all over them. This was returned and replaced. The second radiator arrived , this one had marks all over it, had to be sent back again!! The third turned up and again big dent in it!! Fitting poor quality again!! I sent pictures , phoned and spoke to them but heard nothing, got so fed up with the company that i decided to Just fit the damaged one!! Would not buy from them again as poor quality, lesion learnt you get what you pay for!!

Let down by your courier company, they delivered only one part of the order which was the radiator but lost the second part which was the valves. I had to go buy the valves elsewhere. If it wasn’t for the fact I had booked a plumber I would have returned it all and still very disappointed that I have non matching valves and radiator.

The radiator arrived with no instructions and parts missing from the package. When we emailed highlighting this they asked us to check the parts weren’t there…like we hadn’t checked!!! Once instructions were received it transpired that other items were missing!!!

Very poor service. My delivery went “missing”. 5 days later it was “found” It had been delivered to another customer. I had to collect it myself. Communication between supplier and courier is abysmal.

Misleading BTU Information Please be careful with the information on the website. BTU is very critical information when you buy radiator and I accidentally saw a commercial which shows the radiator that I bought from the uk radiators and BTU was around half of what uk radiators put their website. I talked with customer experience team and they agreed on the wrong information and changed their website accordingly. The issue is in here that our constructors has finished all the pipe works according to radiators that I bought. It costs me as a delay, I checked new radiators from other website and bought from there. Not a same size but similar. It'll look a bit weird but the worst thing that everyday I talked with someone from ukradiators to arrange collection and refund of my items. It costs me time, money and still no refund being made yet.

I’ve been trying for 7 weeks to get a refund or a replacement for a faulty heater by this company. The heater last about 2 months. This company are hopeless and I would recommend anything thinking of making a purchase from them should definitely avoid at all costs.

Very please with our purchase from The Heating Boutique. It arrived on time and the product looked exactly as it did in the picture. Good amount of heat coming from it. Very happy.

Radiators were delivered damaged, i took photographs and contacted THB straight away to report damaged goods they told me they would pick them up and exchange them, that was 10 weeks ago and i still have over £1000 worth of radiators sat in my hall waiting to be collected.avoid at all costs as the heating boutique are not interested in their customers once they have received your money.

Whilst I can appreciate the current situation!!! Ordered on the 7th May, was expecting one radiator within 5 days, the other was explained 15th, after a few phone calls, and saying I'm happy to wait for the latter delivery of one radiator! After conversing & accepting the situation! I needed a guarantee, as the bathroom completion is being held up... I was told the Saturday delivery was on!!! But never arrived...???... The thing about your company it came up on my news feeds via my Google search bathroom improvements, I looked and gave you a chance but I'm now into a second week of being behind the completion date... luckily for me, it's a home improvement project... So, my time is a bit flexible, if I was running a business your time scale and delivery process would not make the grade...
