“Delivery was very quick. Unfortunately there was a small mark on the radiator but it was collected and exchanged within a few days and the replacement was checked and extremely well wrapped. I was very impressed with the company and would definitely use them again. The radiator, although not yet installed, looks fab!”

“The Aladdin valves were the cheapest price on the net so I ordered them and it only took 2 days from ordering to receiving the items I highly recommend Uk radiators for quality and service”

“Very pleased with the price, service & delivery from UK Radiators. I needed to replace two old Bathroom Towl Radiators of different sizes and found the perfect ones at the best price. Unfortunately, the smaller one was not in stock for a few weeks but decided to order it anyway as then they would match. UK Radiators then emailed me to say that the stock had a further delay of a few more weeks. Happily they could still supply a second of the slightly taller Towel Radiators from stock & were able to get it delivered the next day. It's really reassuring that even internet-based companies can be as helpful as local shopes.”

“Great product, great aftercare service. I incorrectly ordered the wrong thing and after a quick call the correct product was ordered and sent out that day. Arrived quickly and refund for the returned product was also quickly deposited back into my account once they received it.”

“Ordered 3 radiators in early April and told after ordering I had to wait until end of May for them all to be delivered.end of May came and only 2 were delivered, I’ve since been told I’ll have to wait til August if I want the other radiator.”
