“Ordered radiator parts over 5 months ago. At time of order no indication was given that this would occur. I have to chase for updates and only option is a refund even though other matching accessories provided. So not feasible. Costing us in build delays as a result. Frustrating and disappointed”

Hello Vinesh, I am very sorry that we have not yet been able to dispatch a part of your order, it is always upsetting for everyone involved when an out-of-stock item is delayed further, unfortunately, we are not able to predict such a delay. I can see that we emailed you to advise you of this delay. There had not been any change to this new date, so we had no reason to contact you further. I can see that this has been escalated to our Director, who is checking the progress with the supplier and that the item is due to soon be available to meet the revised date. Kind regards, James

“It was a pleasure from start to finish. The staff member (James) that dealt with my orders was both polite and very professional. I originally ordered three rads which turned out to be unsuitable (my error) and James resolved this by supplying the correct ones the following day as well as collecting the erroneous ones. I would thoroughly recommend your organisation to friends and family and commend the efficiency of your staff.”

“My rating relates to the quality of products. I have now received 2 damaged radiators in the space of a week. The first was bent and the top guard damaged. The second has a damaged side bar. The response from the company was prompt and helpful. Although the radiator has to be returned before any refund can be made. This means having to repackage the radiator (quite a difficult task we needed 3 adults) and you need to be available for the courier to collect. I have retuned the first radiator on (Monday) and refund has not yet been made (Thursday). I am about to contact them to return the second, I will not require a third.”

Hello, I am sorry to hear of the issue that you have experienced with your radiators. We always strive for radiators to arrive in perfect condition as your previous orders have, I apologise that this has not been the case in this instance. We will pass the images and feedback which you have sent onto the suppliers, with a look for them to improve their packaging so that this does not happen in the future. If you would like, we can arrange for a replacement with the item opened and fully inspected in our warehouse, then carefully repackaged with extra foam, bubble wrap and cardboard added to protect it further during transit. “Easily the best radiator company to work with. I've bought all my radiators from UK Radiators but when they ran short on supply, I had to use a competitor. That's when you realise how good UK Radiator's customer service is. They are amazing. Nothing is a problem to them. They are quick and efficient - never a need to chase them unlike there competitor. It's too risky going elsewhere, so next I'll wait until UK radiators have the relevant stock. Definitely recommended”

“The product was good and fitted our radiators well. the 2 matt black covers did not work and were more pipes than covers. What my issue is with UK Radiators is the amount of emails asking about a review. Not everyone wants to review but after 4 emails now in the space of 3 weeks I am now reviewing and stating "leave me alone". Will I use again? I would have done but not now”
